개인정보처리방침

YunLabs(이하 "개발자")는 모바일 게임 "BDC: 탄생, 죽음, 선택"(이하 "서비스") 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

• 계정 정보(선택): 명예의 전당(글로벌 랭킹) 등록 시 Google 또는 Apple 계정의 식별자(UID), 이메일, 표시 이름
• 게임 기록: 랭킹 등록 시 게임 내 닉네임, 점수, 플레이 요약(나이·직업·자산 등 게임 내 수치)
• 광고 식별자: 광고 제공을 위한 기기 광고 ID (Google AdMob)
• 그 외 게임 진행 데이터는 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

• 글로벌 랭킹(명예의 전당) 제공 및 부정 등록 방지
• 광고 게재 (Google AdMob)

3. 처리 위탁 및 제3자 제공

서비스는 다음 외부 서비스를 이용하며, 각 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용됩니다.

• Google Firebase (인증·데이터베이스): firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google AdMob (광고): policies.google.com/privacy

위 항목 외에 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

4. 보유 및 파기

랭킹 데이터는 서비스 운영 기간 동안 보관되며, 이용자가 삭제를 요청하면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 계정당 최고 기록 1개만 보관됩니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 랭킹 기록과 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 ⚙️ 설정 → "계정 및 랭킹 기록 삭제"를 이용하거나, 계정 삭제 안내를 참고하세요.

6. 아동의 개인정보

서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 인지하면 즉시 삭제합니다.

7. 맞춤형 광고

iOS에서는 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 동의에 따라, Android에서는 기기의 광고 설정에 따라 맞춤형 또는 일반 광고가 제공됩니다. 기기 설정에서 언제든지 변경할 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy

YunLabs ("the developer") values the privacy of users of the mobile game "BDC: Birth, Death, Choice" ("the Service") and complies with applicable laws.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information (optional): when you register for the Hall of Fame (global ranking), the identifier (UID), email address, and display name of your Google or Apple account
• Game records: when you register a ranking, your in-game nickname, score, and a play summary (in-game figures such as age, occupation, and assets)
• Advertising identifier: the device advertising ID used to serve ads (Google AdMob)
• All other game progress data is stored only on your device and is never sent to a server.

2. Purpose of Use

• Providing the global ranking (Hall of Fame) and preventing fraudulent entries
• Serving advertisements (Google AdMob)

3. Service Providers and Third Parties

The Service uses the following external services; their privacy policies also apply.

• Google Firebase (authentication, database): firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google AdMob (advertising): policies.google.com/privacy

Beyond the above, we do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

4. Retention and Deletion

Ranking data is retained for the duration of the Service and deleted without delay upon user request. Only one best record per account is kept.

5. Your Rights

You may delete your ranking record and account at any time. Use ⚙️ Settings → "Delete account & ranking data" in the app, or see the account deletion guide.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If we learn that a child's information has been collected, we will delete it immediately.

7. Personalized Advertising

On iOS, personalized or non-personalized ads are served according to your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) choice; on Android, according to your device's ad settings. You can change this at any time in your device settings.
